The role requires technical understanding of data center infrastructure, power systems, thermal management, energy solutions, and related technologies, along with proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.

Supports the Service Sales team by reviewing performance against targets, observing and executing sales processes, researching market and competitor trends, preparing presentations and proposals, and participating in sales meetings and training. The role provides hands-on experience in service sales and business development while requiring strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, detail orientation, and a willingness to learn.
