Lead end-to-end small process improvement projects and contribute to medium initiatives across OTC, PTP, NPDI, SIOP, and Services. Facilitate cross-functional workshops, map value streams, perform root cause analysis, identify automation/AI opportunities, partner with IT and business leaders for system implementations, execute change management and training, and maintain projects in ServiceNow using VOS governance and data tools to support decisions.

Specify PLC/HMI/SCADA hardware, communication protocols, integration points, scope, commercial assumptions, cost estimates and risks. Collaborate with Sales, Offering Management, Controls Development, Project Execution and Commissioning to scope, document, hand over and optimize solutions while identifying upsell and efficiency opportunities.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Racks product projects on time, within budget and scope; manage schedules, risks, NPDI phase-gate compliance, stakeholder communication, change control, and continuous improvement.

Lead and perform testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and inspection of electrical power distribution systems (up to 15 kV). Conduct relay calibration, power metering, and basic power system studies. Prepare detailed reports and job billing, supervise projects technically, support business development, and produce job proposals and estimates.

Lead a global electrical engineering team to design, validate, and support high-density liquid cooling systems for data centers. Oversee NPI, product transfers, manufacturing support, testing, documentation, compliance with electrical standards, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while developing team capability and reporting to senior leadership.

Lead engineered-to-order low-voltage power distribution projects from engineering handoff through production and delivery. Manage scope, schedule, technical coordination, change orders, risk, and customer technical communications. Own design package reviews, ensure NEC/IEEE/UL compliance, maintain BOMs and project data in ERP (Oracle/IFS), and track project KPIs and metrics.
