Leads high-density liquid cooling and integrated solutions installation projects from material procurement through commissioning. Responsibilities include developing bills of material, conducting site walks, coordinating installers, resolving technical issues, maintaining project documentation, ensuring compliance with engineering, safety, and OSHA standards, supporting commissioning, and collaborating with project management, purchasing, operations, quality, field engineering, and customers. Travel of up to 50% within the United States is required.

Collaborates with mechanical, electrical, controls, manufacturing, quality, and process engineering teams throughout prototype, design validation, and product qualification phases.

Manages and grows assigned customer accounts by promoting service offerings, preparing proposals and quotes, following up on inquiries, and meeting revenue targets. Maintains CRM opportunities and customer records, secures and enters orders, conducts inbound and outbound communications, supports customer satisfaction, and coordinates with internal teams for technical assistance. Builds product knowledge through training and experience.

Design and develop low-voltage electrical enclosures, wiring harnesses, schematics and panel layouts. Apply NEC/CSA/UL/IEEE standards, perform engineering calculations, support validation, manufacturability, testing, PLM documentation, and cross-functional product releases in a manufacturing environment.

Supports instructional designers and sales trainers in developing instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, video, job aid, and assessment content. Creates and updates training materials, supports product launch and sales enablement programs, collaborates with subject matter experts, incorporates feedback, maintains project documentation, publishes content to Docebo, and assists with course version control. The intern gains experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and the ADDIE methodology.

Supports regional sales goals for electrical testing services through account development, customer visits, technical presentations, proposal preparation, pricing, marketing plans, trade shows, and professional association participation. Collaborates with operations and corporate teams on service assessments and marketing materials. Requires site walk-throughs, work around electrical equipment, flexible hours, weekend availability, and 50% travel throughout the territory.

Leads new product development and product phase-out projects for medium-voltage switchgear across the Americas. Manages requirements, specifications, prototypes, manufacturing readiness, schedules, budgets, lifecycle data, stakeholder coordination, commercialization, and executive reporting. Partners with product management, engineering, operations, sales, finance, marketing, and supply chain to deliver products on time and within budget.

Supports data mining, predictive analytics, and health score development using telemetry, service history, and environmental data. Collaborates with engineers and cross-functional teams on analysis, software requirements, testing, tool development, and product support. The intern contributes to predictive platform projects, plans and completes project work, and receives mentorship while applying academic knowledge to engineering challenges.
