Lead strategic sourcing for a major manufacturing site: develop commodity strategies, run supplier selection and negotiations, optimize supply base, manage supplier performance and risk, partner cross-functionally, support new product development and continuous improvement, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Promote and sell orthopaedic instrument products to healthcare customers, conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in OR and office settings, track territory performance, resolve product issues onsite, educate clinical staff on use and maintenance, and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
