Support and scale paid and organic digital marketing (SEO, SEM, generative search, LinkedIn). Maintain lead collection and tagging, reconcile lead sources, triage leads, assist paid campaign operations, coordinate assets and agencies, build and maintain dashboards and reports, and ensure campaigns comply with privacy and data governance standards.

Lead client engagements to diagnose performance issues, run quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop actionable recommendations, and support implementation. Provide front-desk and office administrative support for the McGriff Specialty team: greet visitors, coordinate meetings and events, assist with expense reporting and travel arrangements, procure supplies and liaise with building management, handle mail and onboarding logistics (IT, badge access, cubicle setup), prepare documents for projects, and support teammates as needed.

Manage commercial lines client accounts, analyze coverage needs, recommend policies, build carrier and client relationships, mentor colleagues, support producers on complex accounts, and stay current on underwriting and legislative changes.

Provide technical accounting advice for M&A, dispositions, and strategic investments; partner with Corporate Development and stakeholders; design and communicate ASC 805/other accounting conclusions; support SEC reporting, policy memos, training, and external engagements with auditors and regulators.

Support preparation and execution of surety bonds, service new and renewal accounts, process agreements of indemnity, maintain power of attorney filings and bond supply, prepare correspondence and documents, and build relationships with clients and carriers. Perform administrative and marketing tasks to support surety operations.

Partner with clients to analyze compensation, rewards, and workforce data; conduct research; develop insights and recommendations; support project teams and presentations.

Manage stop loss claims for the Stop Loss Center of Excellence by establishing submission processes with carriers, consolidating vendor data, auditing claims, resolving discrepancies, coordinating documentation, tracking risk exposure and reporting, and supporting local agency teams and strategic initiatives to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.

The Change Manager will lead change management efforts for the Risk Program, develop communication plans, and assess readiness for change, partnering with senior stakeholders to enhance the organization's risk culture.
