The RoleAs a Senior Technology Advisor, you will advise clients on complex technology and transformation initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor at the intersection of business and technology, you will translate strategic priorities into scalable, pragmatic technology solutions that create measurable business value.Key responsibilities include:- Leading complex technology transformation programmes from strategy and design through implementation.
- Translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior business and executive stakeholders.
- Designing solution and enterprise architectures that support long-term business objectives.
- Advising clients on cloud, AI, platform, and DevOps strategies.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions in large, complex organisations.
- 7–10 years of experience in technology consulting, IT architecture, or large-scale technology transformation.
- Deep expertise in modern technology landscapes, particularly AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, and DevOps.
- Experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a comparable advisory role.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of large organisational environments and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology topics to non-technical audiences.
- Business-fluent German is essential; excellent written and spoken English is required.
- Experience in Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, or Energy is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Germany and Europe.
