Lead incident rectification including root‑cause analysis, customer impact assessment, remediation planning and execution. Coordinate with Incident Managers and cross‑functional stakeholders, support breach and regulator reporting, design preventive controls, and contribute to peer review, coaching and process improvement within the Incidents Team.

Develop existing client relationships and generate new business for commercial insurance (property/casualty, workers’ comp). Conduct client needs assessments, prepare submissions, use CRM and agency systems, attend networking/events, meet sales goals, and participate in ongoing training to advance to Client Executive Sales.

Advise high-net-worth clients on personal lines insurance by analyzing exposures, presenting market options, preparing renewals, conducting annual reviews, negotiating with carriers, ensuring compliance, and driving client retention and business development.

Process client paperwork for new policies, renewals, endorsements, rewrites, and cancellations; enter and verify data in agency systems; prioritize daily work, follow workflows, meet accuracy and processing goals, research incomplete items, escalate issues, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Support and grow the Stop Loss Center of Excellence by performing underwriting, financial and risk analysis, RFP preparation, carrier negotiations, renewal validation, claims tracking, and panel management. Partner with internal teams and carriers to compile market intelligence, support captives quoting, and provide best-practice recommendations for self-funding and other benefit lines.

Manage and qualify public‑sector tender and panel opportunities for the GPI practice in Australia. Coordinate tender responses, track pipelines, liaise with clients and internal stakeholders, ensure compliance and quality, and drive continuous improvement of tender processes and commercial effectiveness.
