Act as primary client contact and collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to create innovative solutions and support business growth.

Lead day-to-day AI enablement operations: design intake/workflows, coach colleagues, triage requests, run experiments (meta-prompting, custom GPTs), capture patterns, produce reusable guidance, and coordinate cross-functional enablement initiatives to scale responsible AI usage.
