Hire, mentor, and audit instructors; develop competency matrices, assessments, and train‑the‑trainer programs; own training performance metrics and continuous improvement across plant operations and global learning stakeholders.

Territory sales role selling Fire/Life Safety electronic systems. Prospect and qualify customers, present proposals and demonstrations, prepare financial justifications, close sales to meet quota, coordinate with operations, report metrics, and represent the company at trade shows and events.

Lead AHU product development projects including R&D, data analysis, engineering data management, seismic compliance, and lab testing. Serve as a working engineer/project lead coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, costs, and deliverables while providing technical guidance and decision-making.

Lead delivery and operations for the OpenBlue product portfolio, overseeing multi-product programs, customer engagement, RFP responses, integrated PI planning, financial oversight, cross-functional coordination, and AI/GenAI platform transitions to ensure on-time, profitable delivery and customer satisfaction.

Manage assigned product development projects through stage-gate processes, coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Commercial), track schedules, risks, dependencies, and action items, support execution plans and resource needs, facilitate meetings and stakeholder communication, and drive on-time, on-budget product launches.

Lead improvement, maintenance, and support of automated assembly, test, and production systems. Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, robotics, motion and networks; drive OEE and reliability improvements; manage new equipment integration, FAT/SAT, documentation, and continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
