Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise training programs. Manage an L&D team delivering instructor-led and blended learning, consult with business leaders to diagnose needs, oversee vendors and learning infrastructure, maintain training calendar, measure effectiveness, and promote a continuous learning culture.
