Lead design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks and CI/CD test harnesses (UI, API, microservices) using Playwright and JavaScript. Partner with engineering teams to ensure end-to-end automated regression coverage, evangelize quality engineering and DevOps practices, mentor junior engineers, and establish testing standards, runbooks, and tooling to support production releases.

Manage the procurement contract lifecycle for global indirect procurement: execute and lead contract reviews, coordinate with legal and category teams, maintain contract records and systems, advise on contract governance and compliance, and drive process improvements and templates.

Develop and productionize advanced statistical and machine learning models for Direct-to-Consumer analytics. Lead end-to-end projects from prototyping to deployment, collaborate with data engineers and business partners, audit analytical processes, and translate insights into measurable business impact across brands, regions, and channels.

Manage the North American order book and end-to-end order lifecycle. Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, planning, and master data to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries. Leverage supply chain initiatives, analyze metrics, resolve issues and chargebacks, and drive process improvements and customer engagement.

Lead end-to-end email marketing: manage campaign calendar, build/QA/deploy batch sends in Zeta, design lifecycle journeys and triggered flows, run A/B tests, develop segmentation and personalization, monitor deliverability and list health, analyze performance, and collaborate with Brand, Creative, Merchandising, and DTC teams to drive revenue and retention.

Executes ecommerce website content setup, configuration, QA, and validation in Amplience. Coordinates with vendors and internal stakeholders, applies design and ADA/legal checks, schedules launches, updates trackers, and supports promotional functionality and cross-functional communications to ensure timely, accurate site content.
