Manages footwear product development from concept through commercialization, including specifications, timelines, samples, technical drawings, materials, components, prototypes, and overseas factory coordination. Develops processes, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and accuracy while coaching team members and driving continuous improvement.

Administer the accommodation and leave programs, including ADA interactive processes and Oregon leave requirements. Support benefits, wellbeing, compliance, vendor coordination, employee communications, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, managers, employees, and external vendors while handling confidential information and sensitive employee situations. Contribute to vendor evaluations, RFPs, annual enrollment planning, implementations, and cross-functional HR projects.

The Principal Enterprise Architect will design and guide enterprise integration architecture across Columbia Sportswear’s brands. Responsibilities include developing architectural plans, establishing standards and reusable patterns, advising engineering and business leaders, evaluating cloud and integration technologies, mentoring teams, managing architectural risks and costs, and collaborating with vendors. The role requires leadership across complex initiatives, strong communication and facilitation skills, and experience integrating enterprise applications using cloud services, APIs, and modern programming languages.

Leads process excellence across North America retail operations, improving store productivity, efficiency, profitability, and execution consistency. Manages managers and analysts, develops operational strategies, drives cross-functional change, influences technology priorities, establishes performance metrics, and designs scalable retail processes, training, documentation, and best practices.

Supports ecommerce paid media planning, campaign operations, creative coordination, launch QA, agency partnerships, performance reporting, analytics, testing, and optimization. Coordinates cross-channel digital marketing initiatives, maintains campaign calendars and documentation, validates assets, monitors campaign trends, and translates results into actionable recommendations. Administers and supports Columbia’s enterprise SAP landscape, including ECC, BW, S/4HANA, HANA, BTP, Fiori, and related platforms. Responsibilities include installations, upgrades, patching, migrations, transports, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, database backup and recovery, replication, hybrid-cloud integrations, documentation, automation, and technical guidance for junior staff and global support teams.

Supports and enhances SAP AFS Sales and Distribution order-to-cash processes, including configuration, production support, requirements gathering, functional design, ABAP-related changes, testing, documentation, and user support. Partners with business users, SAP teams, developers, and regional stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve system capabilities. The role requires deep SAP SD configuration expertise, SAP ECC experience, IDoc knowledge, and strong cross-functional communication.
