Design and produce digital and omnichannel creative for SOREL’s website, email, paid media, social, retail displays, and campaigns. Translate seasonal brand direction and wireframes into responsive, accessible user experiences and marketing assets. Monitor consumer, apparel, cultural, competitive, and marketplace trends; shape heritage franchise strategies; develop product positioning and narratives; lead seasonal go-to-market planning; support influencer and community strategies; guide campaigns; collaborate cross-functionally; and measure engagement, campaign performance, category trends, and regional results.

Leads the development of a Finance Data & Analytics capability, including strategy, governance, reporting standards, data foundations, dashboards, and analytics roadmaps. Partners with Finance and enterprise data teams to prioritize high-value initiatives, improve data literacy and adoption, and support financial decision-making. Manage purchasing and purchase order processes for North American regions or categories. Oversee supplier intake, validation, onboarding, catalog enablement, and procure-to-pay execution. Support internal stakeholders and suppliers through issue resolution, training, coaching, and process guidance. Collaborate with Accounts Payable, shipping and receiving, category management, and sourcing teams. Drive compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across procurement operations.
