Manage major enterprise customer accounts and coordinate workplace and contract furniture projects from initial requests through closeout. Serve as the primary liaison among customers, Steelcase account teams, and internal design, project management, procurement, installation, and service teams. Track schedules, budgets, work orders, risks, warranties, and milestones; resolve service issues; lead customer meetings; and prepare account reports and project documentation. The role requires shipping, receiving, storage, inventory-system experience, strong communication and organization, forklift certification, driver qualification, and availability for nights and weekends.

Oversee multiple multifamily site installation projects end-to-end, coordinate labor/materials/schedules, conduct pre/post delivery inspections, resolve/route customer and builder issues, track project notes, perform audits, and manage reverse logistics and claims.

Serve as a hands-on HR Business Partner for ~200+ employees across distributed logistics sites. Provide strategic HR guidance, manage complex employee relations and investigations, support performance management, workforce planning, recruiting alignment, benefits/HRIS inquiries, training needs, and site visits. Balance day-to-day employee support with longer-term business initiatives and lead HR programs and special projects.

Develops and manages customer pricing strategies, contract pricing structures, vendor cost data, pricing models, and margin analyses. Oversees pricing schedules, amendments, renewals, compliance, vendor rate cards, and profitability reporting. Partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Legal on RFPs, negotiations, pricing adjustments, and commercial initiatives. Improves pricing processes through automation and standardization while training stakeholders and supporting strategic decisions.

Provide proactive customer service and manage assigned orders end-to-end: scheduling inbound/outbound shipments (LTL/TL), tracking status, resolving discrepancies, coordinating with warehouse, vendors and billing, maintaining KPIs, reporting, and supporting onboarding and quality/SOP compliance.

Provide onsite frontline HR support for warehouse/frontline teams: handle employee relations, investigations, onboarding, HRIS transactions, payroll discrepancies, job postings, and collaborate with operations and recruiting to support performance management and HR programs.

Manage daily accounts payable operations, supervise AP coordinators, review and approve payments, oversee banking transactions, resolve aged payables and returned payments, maintain 1099 reporting, perform reconciliations and expense audits, support audits, and improve AP processes. The role requires coordination with internal teams, staff performance management, reporting, and ensuring accurate and timely payable transactions.

Manage day-to-day account relocation and furniture planning activities: develop move grids and test-fit scenarios, produce AutoCAD move plans, coordinate vendors and crews, document scope/timelines/pricing, oversee change orders and closeouts, and maintain client communication throughout service delivery.
