Build and own React/TypeScript web applications for EEG data analytics, clinical study management, and physician diagnostics. Design UX workflows, optimize performance and reliability, partner with product and design, and shape the technical roadmap for data-rich, user-facing features used in regulated clinical contexts.

Lead and grow a mobile engineering team building React Native apps and native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) BLE device SDKs for at-home EEG and wearable devices. Own technical direction, roadmap, project execution, cross-functional alignment, and team culture while balancing delivery with long-term platform health in a regulated health-tech environment.

Work with external partners to define and implement data integrations on Beacon's Datastore, build PoCs and production code, create analyses and dashboards, improve observability and troubleshooting tools, and translate partner needs into robust data models, APIs, and documentation.

Lead accounting, payroll, revenue recognition, and internal controls. Manage month-end close, invoicing/AP, financial statement preparation, KPI reporting, cash management, and process automation while partnering with leadership on forecasting and headcount planning.

Design and scale backend data infrastructure for Beacon's Datastore: build event-driven pipelines, data models, and APIs; integrate services; draft RFCs; improve operational robustness, documentation, and tooling to support clinical and scientific workflows.

Drive adoption of Beacon HST across California and Nevada by generating pipeline, closing new and expansion business with sleep labs, IDTFs, health systems and multi-site clinical organizations. Lead clinical-focused selling, perform product demonstrations, support clinical validation, maintain CRM hygiene, attend conferences, and partner cross-functionally to ensure onboarding, utilization, retention, and HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI.
