Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major vertical within DXC’s OASIS agentic AI platform. Identify high-value opportunities, prioritize user and business needs, partner with Engineering and Design, lead discovery through launch, define success metrics, and drive iteration. The role requires aligning stakeholders, shaping product narratives, making strategic tradeoffs, and influencing product decisions across the organization.

Administer and secure the AI Workbench platform across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. Manage access controls, users, agents, workflows, APIs, data sources, LLM connections, RAG pipelines, vector knowledge bases, monitoring, governance, and audit controls. Coordinate with DevOps and DataOps teams on CI/CD, infrastructure automation, deployments, integrations, and incident resolution. Support enterprise AI services, Kubernetes-based runtimes, private LLMs, and secure platform operations.

Administer and maintain IBM/Rocket ITOM report management tooling, including report setup, scheduling, formatting, distribution, access provisioning, troubleshooting, and platform monitoring. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to meet SLA and KPI requirements, document procedures, automate workflows, and mentor junior staff in a remote enterprise managed-services environment.

Own end-to-end product design for major OASIS platform surfaces, from problem framing through launch. Prototype rapidly, conduct user research, shape the design system, and collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering. The role also influences design processes and standards, mentors team members, and simplifies complex enterprise and AI experiences for technical and operational users.

Support and co-facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track sprint progress, identify and escalate blockers, help the team maintain focus on sprint goals, promote transparency, and contribute to continuous improvement under senior agile guidance.

Own end-to-end product design for major surfaces of the OASIS agentic AI platform, from problem framing through launch. Responsibilities include rapid prototyping, user research, interaction and visual design, information architecture, design-system development, and close partnership with product management and engineering. The designer will influence design standards, mentor teammates, simplify complex enterprise workflows, and help shape conversational and agentic AI experiences for technical and operational users.

Develops, tests, customizes, integrates, and supports PeopleSoft HCM applications across HR, payroll, benefits, time and labor, and related modules. Performs troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, upgrades, PUM adoption, de-customization, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support. Collaborates with functional, technical, QA, DBA, and release teams in a SAFe environment while tracking delivery through Azure DevOps.

Develop, test, debug, and support complex software components. Collaborate on requirements, design and code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, evaluate technologies, solve technical challenges, and mentor junior engineers.

Executes insurance business process transactions accurately and according to established procedures. Supports senior analysts with data analysis, trend reporting, quality assurance, process documentation, compliance, bottleneck identification, and process improvement initiatives while meeting performance and quality targets.

Supports and guides software engineers through development, code reviews, technical problem-solving, and project delivery. Collaborates on requirements, mentors team members, contributes to engineering strategy, manages assignments and resources, monitors timelines and budgets, and mitigates project risks. The role promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning while supporting an ITAR-compliant client account.
