Leads Lantern’s annual budgeting and long-range planning processes, rebuilds the enterprise forecasting model with emphasis on revenue forecasting, improves forecasting rigor, manages a team of two, and presents recommendations and analysis to executive leadership. Own Lantern’s identity control plane as the technical authority for IAM. Design and enforce lifecycle automation, Conditional Access, phishing-resistant MFA, privileged access, federation, secrets governance, workload identity, and identity-as-code. Establish Zero Trust, RBAC/ABAC, least-privilege, JIT access, verification standards, and separation of duties across regulated healthcare systems handling PHI. Partner with cloud, platform, service delivery, HR, and GRC teams while reporting to the CISO.

Own end-to-end implementation of new provider groups and network rollouts from contract execution through go-live. Manage project plans, stakeholder handoffs, client requirements, qualification, payment setup, launch deliverables, post-launch monitoring, and risk reporting. Coordinate across Clinical, Claims, Analytics, Member Experience, Provider Success, and clients while maintaining implementation SOPs, process flows, templates, QA standards, and success metrics.

Designs, deploys, and operates secure, scalable, highly available Azure infrastructure for healthcare applications. Builds Terraform-based infrastructure automation, maintains Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions pipelines, improves monitoring and incident response, supports cost optimization and disaster recovery, and ensures HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance. Collaborates across engineering, security, product, and compliance teams while mentoring junior engineers.

Leads and scales Lantern’s commercial enablement function for a 200-person commercial organization. Responsibilities include team building, sales onboarding and ramp, GTM readiness, certification, content governance, competitive enablement, platform ownership, AI adoption, and metrics connecting enablement investments to commercial outcomes. The role partners closely with sales, product marketing, clinical, product, HR, and commercial leadership in a high-growth B2B healthcare environment.

Manage a portfolio of clients and brokers to ensure delivery and long-term value. Own execution of account plans, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, resolve service issues, drive adoption, retention, upsell, and maintain CRM data hygiene while supporting engagement marketing.
