Manage and grow residential and commercial water treatment sales through dealer and wholesale channels. Acquire and maintain PWQ dealer accounts, create forecasts and marketing strategies, develop collateral and online presence, conduct product training, and collaborate with marketing. Requires extensive territory travel (65%–80% overnight).

Requires extensive territory travel and distributor training.

Serve as primary customer contact handling orders, product specifications, pricing, delivery, training, and related inquiries. Provide timely, accurate information, build relationships, and multitask in a fast-paced environment to ensure excellent customer service.

Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and month-end close. Produce management reports and financial analyses, support ERP/system maintenance, assist audits, administer expense reporting, and lead process improvements.

Provide end-to-end account and relationship support for top-tier industrial distributors, acting as single point of contact for product selection, order and AR support, technical and operational guidance, cross-functional issue resolution, and distributor enablement to drive retention, satisfaction, and adoption.

Manage and govern global product data across PIM and ERP systems: improve data architecture, enforce governance, ensure data quality and enrichment, enable omnichannel and eCommerce use cases, coordinate global teams, identify automation opportunities, and support data quality investigations and roadmap planning.

Provide advanced second-tier technical support via phone, email, and onsite; troubleshoot complex product issues; conduct customer training; manage cases and status updates; develop technical documentation and assist with software deployments; identify opportunities for sales and service growth.
