Sustain, troubleshoot, optimize, and improve chemical wet-process equipment used in silicon carbide wafer fabrication. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, tool fingerprinting, corrective improvement actions, root cause analysis, equipment documentation, tool selection, process engineering collaboration, chemical safety compliance, spare-parts management, and vendor coordination. The role requires improving equipment availability, quality, scrap, rework, and manufacturing costs while supporting process development and production operations.

Manage process development engineers and lead etch, photolithography, metrology, and process integration development for next-generation SiC power devices. Define and execute the power device process roadmap, improve yields and product performance, coordinate with design and integration teams, and provide technical leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement in a semiconductor R&D environment.

The role requires extended standing, cleanroom PPE, machinery operation, ladder climbing, repetitive hand motions, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Supports semiconductor power product performance and yield engineering by monitoring device attributes, analyzing data, identifying root causes of parametric shifts and product deviations, coordinating cross-functional problem solving, developing structured solutions, addressing customer concerns, and forecasting yield outcomes and product starts. Requires knowledge of semiconductor processes, device physics, experimental design, statistical analysis, and process control.

Lead device development projects for next-generation SiC power devices, focusing on design, optimization, and collaboration with various teams. Conduct experiments, analyze data, and communicate findings.

The Director of Costing leads the cost accounting team, manages budgets, prepares analysis, and participates in transitioning the costing system to SAP.

Manage and ensure compliance with international import/export laws, support trade compliance programs, monitor regulations, and conduct internal audits.

Design, develop, and implement test methods and equipment for new product development and manufacturing while collaborating across teams to ensure quality and efficiency.

Lead an R&D ML team to develop and deploy AI/ML solutions for semiconductor manufacturing. Guide cross-functional research, mentor engineers in computer vision, physics-informed ML, and reinforcement learning, and apply materials science expertise to advance product development.

Owns end-to-end program delivery through defense prime and sub-tier contractors. Responsibilities include managing contractor performance, schedules, technical deliverables, quality standards, risks, program reviews, and issue resolution. The role coordinates engineering, operations, and supply chain readiness, builds contractor relationships, supports proposals and pricing, and identifies expansion opportunities. Candidates need defense contractor experience, Integrated Master Schedule expertise, strong influencing skills, and an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
