Support Global Mobility payroll for ~2,000 international assignments: set up allowance packages, process retro/prorated and one-time payments, create payroll instructions, reconcile pre/post-payroll results, respond to employee queries, document procedures, and assist audit/tax vendor activities.

Execute day-to-day payroll tasks for assigned payrolls, ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, respond to payroll inquiries, reconcile Workday payroll interfaces, liaise with offshore teams and vendors, document exceptions, and maintain compliance with UK payroll, tax and labor laws while safeguarding confidential payroll and HR data.

Foster cross-functional collaboration and plan executive engagements such as CFO town halls.

Provide Windows-centric systems administration in a heterogeneous environment: manage servers, storage, file services, access, backups, patching, and workstation support. Troubleshoot OS/hardware integrations, work with cybersecurity to meet STIG/SCAP requirements, perform disaster recovery tasks, and support engineers. Must meet DoD certification and clearance requirements.

Support NSMS Portfolio FP&A by managing Rplan forecasting, annual and long-range planning, monthly/quarterly close, variance analysis, and Element of Cost review. Partner with program management and cross-functional teams to produce budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, drive process improvements, and deliver quantitative decision support for bookings, sales, earnings, and cash.

The Operations Data Analytics Manager will support strategic operations and supply chain initiatives by solving problems, analyzing data, and collaborating across teams to provide insights for decision-making and project alignment.

Support execution of strategic development programs focusing on Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), financial planning, and reporting. Collaborate with finance and program leaders to analyze data and develop estimates.

Manage drafting, negotiation, review, and interpretation of customer-facing contracts and NDAs. This role involves providing High Performance Computing administration in a mixed Windows and Linux environment, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining security compliance while mentoring junior team members.
