As a Principal System Administrator, you will manage Windows and Linux environments, ensuring security compliance and infrastructure support for classified programs.

Manage daily payroll reporting, adjustments, and year-end deliverables; run payroll queries, process tax withholding and W-2C tasks, track tax receivables, respond to ServiceNow requests, support audits, and participate in payroll projects and cross-functional improvements using ADP systems.

Provide technical leadership for MCAD tools and PLM systems supporting mechanical design in aerospace. Implement, sustain, and evolve CAD/PLM workflows, manage MCAD data environments, debug server logs, support configurations/customizations/upgrades, collaborate with software developers, and create/run system, unit, and integration tests to enable a scalable digital engineering ecosystem.

Provide on-site administration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems in a secured DoD environment, using virtualization and container technologies (VMware, KVM, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift). Collaborate with engineering, networking, storage, and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with DoD security frameworks, perform hardening and troubleshooting, and maintain mission systems with occasional off-hours work and up to 10% travel.

Provide program cost, schedule, and financial control for the SM-3 IB production program. Develop EACs/LREs, report Earned Value metrics, perform funding analysis and variance reporting, prepare ad-hoc financial analyses, and partner with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to maintain baselines and resolve cost/schedule issues.

Support program cost control and earned value management: prepare EACs and LREs, perform detailed EVM and financial analysis, produce forecasts, track variances, and drive cost and schedule predictability using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX.

Manage and maintain classified Microsoft Windows (and Linux) infrastructures including Windows Server internals (DNS, DHCP, AD), storage/RAID, file servers, backups, software/configuration, and workstation support. Troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with cybersecurity to meet security requirements, perform disaster recovery tasks, and support off-hours operations. Must hold active transferable Secret clearance and obtain DoDD 8140/8570 certification within six months.
