Responsibilities include maintaining cost and schedule baselines, analyzing performance trends, forecasting sales and estimates at completion, reconciling accounting and project data, supporting audits and customer submissions, leading month-end processes, and advising program leadership on corrective actions. The role also supports proposals, program reviews, compliance, and government customer interactions, with travel up to 10%.

Manages program schedule controls and EVMS activities, including Integrated Master Plans and Schedules, critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, forecasting, and cost-schedule reconciliation. Collaborates with schedulers, Control Account Managers, engineering, finance, contracts, and operations. Supports proposals, program reviews, EACs, IPMDAR reporting, compliance audits, and schedule mitigation recommendations. Requires travel of up to 10%.

Manages integrated master plans and schedules for aerospace and defense programs. Maintains schedule updates, analyzes critical and driving paths, performs schedule risk assessments, reconciles cost and schedule data, supports forecasts, proposals, program reviews, EACs, and IPMDAR reporting. The role also supports EVMS compliance, audits, reporting, and mitigation recommendations while coordinating with program managers, engineers, finance, contracts, operations, CAMs, and IPT leads.
