Leads enterprise strategy and transformation through partnerships with AI, LLM, hyperscaler, frontier lab, and deep-tech companies. Evaluates technology and competitive trends, develops collaboration opportunities, translates business and technical needs into partnership strategies, and creates executive briefings, evaluations, value propositions, and strategic roadmaps. The role facilitates alignment across Enterprise Services and RTX business units while helping define differentiated future capabilities.

Manage monthly close and reporting, support long-range planning, identify risks and opportunities, resolve data inconsistencies, and provide strategic financial insights. The role also supports team development and process improvements.

Manages government contract administration across proposals, negotiations, agreements, and the acquisition lifecycle. Supports CPFF, FFP, FFP-LOE, and OTA contracts; advises program teams on contractual obligations, regulations, compliance, and risk mitigation. Coordinates with customers, Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, DCMA, and DCAA to resolve contractual matters and implement changes. Supports classified and unclassified defense programs.

Manage and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments, troubleshoot hardware and operating system integrations, install software, apply patches, remediate SCAP and STIG vulnerabilities, maintain antivirus and Splunk reporting, manage accounts and access controls, and oversee backups, restoration testing, and data retention. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams and support engineering, software, simulation, and hardware development activities.

Supports the order-to-cash process by processing customer orders and invoices, monitoring payments, resolving billing discrepancies, maintaining transaction records, assisting with financial reports, and identifying process improvements. The role collaborates with customer service and finance teams while ensuring accuracy, timely execution, confidentiality, and strong customer service.

Own planning, estimation, and execution for secured Program Work Environments. Serve as primary DT touchpoint across proposal, start-up, and sustainment phases. Manage scope, cost, schedule, financial forecasts (EAC/BAC), resource demand, risks, and change control. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, supplier coordination, process improvement, and executive communications.

Lead and coordinate IT service delivery and integrations at the Indianapolis site, partnering with site leadership, vendors, and DT governance to manage demand, monitor performance, ensure compliance, support projects, drive continuous improvement, and provide hands-on AV support. Serve as primary DT liaison, manage budgets and service metrics, and travel to regional sites as needed.

Design, implement, maintain, patch, and troubleshoot Windows and RHEL servers and VMware virtual infrastructure in a 24x7 classified DoD environment. Ensure compliance (STIG/SCAP/ACAS), automate imaging/deployment (MECM/SCCM, PXE, PowerShell), manage AD/Group Policy and certificate authentication, and collaborate with Cyber Security, DevSecOps, Networking, and Storage teams. Requires active transferable Secret clearance and 100% onsite work.
