Manage Collins Aerospace’s Digital Technology Prime program across project portfolios. Responsibilities include overseeing scope, risks, opportunities, financials, schedules, milestones, technical reviews, issue resolution, resource assignments, and stakeholder communications. The role partners with Digital Technology leaders, functional teams, controllers, analysts, and enterprise services while leading complex infrastructure and software development initiatives. Supports program cost control for aerospace and defense contracts through budgeting, forecasting, earned value management, variance analysis, EAC development, risk and opportunity valuation, and monthly financial reporting. Partners with Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, program, product line, and customer teams to monitor labor and material performance, process budget changes, and ensure compliance with contractual and internal financial requirements.

Supports aerospace program finance through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, earned value reporting, EAC preparation, pricing estimates, and proposal cost development. Maintains cost and schedule baselines, develops WBS and work authorization documents, analyzes financial performance, and provides program leadership with reports on cost, schedule, sales, profit, cash, risks, and opportunities. Improves reporting processes, templates, and large-scale data analysis.

Coordinates financial reporting and internal control requests, maintains tracking tools, validates submissions, reports risks and delays, supports quarterly certification, documents policy deviations, and assists with compliance reviews, control assessments, process improvements, and ad hoc finance projects.

Leads digital strategy and modernization for Naval Air Advanced programs, managing a $35M+ digital portfolio, financials, roadmap, staffing, compliance, and performance reporting. Serves as the primary digital technology interface for program leadership and cross-functional partners. Oversees secure systems integration, infrastructure, DevSecOps, Agile practices, third-party resources, and lifecycle sustainment across classified environments. Drives digital transformation, risk resolution, procurement, and technical capability delivery while ensuring compliance with DFARS, CMMC, RMF, and JSIG.

Supports HR transformation initiatives through deployment and operational sustainment. Responsibilities include developing hypercare and deployment strategies, managing ServiceNow case queues, resolving complex operational defects, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, supporting executive reporting, and identifying process improvements. The role helps translate project requirements into case-management workflows and ensures stable adoption of new HR solutions.

Leads financial analysis and program cost controls for aerospace programs, including baseline development, forecasts, EACs, AOP, LRP, SRO, earned value analysis, financial reporting, customer negotiations, and Gate 4 reviews. Supervises two direct reports, reviews financial deliverables, supports FP&A activities, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

Reviews and enters proposal and contract data for government, commercial, and foreign contracts. Verifies complex documents, resolves discrepancies with internal partners, supports accurate financial reporting, and contributes to process improvement and ad hoc projects. The role requires coordination across teams, deadline management, financial data analysis, and proficiency with Excel and related financial systems.

Reviews Basis of Estimates, cost volumes, and audit responses for compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, company policies, and proposal requirements. Develops compliant estimating strategies, supports Cost Estimating Relationships, advises management, coordinates compliance actions, and helps maintain an adequate estimating system rating. The role requires substantial experience with government contracting regulations, proposal cost analysis, and estimating systems.

Leads digital transformation strategy and modernization for classified naval programs. Owns a $35M+ digital portfolio, roadmap, financials, EVMS reporting, compliance, infrastructure, staffing, and lifecycle sustainment. Partners with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and program leadership to integrate secure digital capabilities. Directs DT personnel and third-party partners, advances Agile practices, resolves complex digital challenges, and ensures alignment with cost, schedule, performance, security, and modernization objectives.
