Support Rockford Engine Control Systems operations finance: lead month-end close, FP&A, CapEx planning, inventory analysis, account reconciliations, management reporting, cross-functional partnering, ad hoc analysis, and ensure SOX and government audit compliance.

Manage and monitor backups for Active Directory and related directory systems, develop and test disaster recovery plans, perform restores and troubleshooting, maintain documentation, implement backup security, run recovery drills, and integrate solutions with network, systems, and security teams to meet RTO/RPO targets.
