Reports and analyzes earned value against program budgets and schedules; performs cost, schedule, funding, forecasting, and financial reporting. Leads financial management for the NSCS portfolio, overseeing a $0.4B-plus annual revenue portfolio and more than 20 finance professionals. Responsibilities include financial forecasting, long-range and annual operating planning, program financial performance, P&L leadership, earned value management, customer reporting, proposal and capture support, working capital, and cost strategy. Partners with program, engineering, operations, supply chain, and PMO leaders while developing managers and finance staff.

Supports Tomahawk Recertification program cost controls through earned value management, financial analysis, forecasting, variance reporting, and budget and Estimate-at-Completion tracking. Partners with program management and cross-functional teams to maintain cost and schedule performance, review EAC inputs and proposals, analyze funding and contract reporting requirements, communicate risks and opportunities, and brief program leadership.

Manages U.S. expatriate tax administration for international assignments, including withholding reviews, tax extensions, accruals, audits, payments, tax equalization, shadow payroll setup, and provider management. Develops procedures, ensures regulatory and policy compliance, responds to employee inquiries, collaborates cross-functionally, and supports tax projects. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.

Oversee cybersecurity compliance, assessment, authorization, and operations for classified information systems across one or more programs. Manage RMF and DCSA requirements, continuous monitoring, POA&M development, system security sustainment, self-inspections, training, vulnerability mitigation, incident response support, and security reviews. Coordinate with government assessors, internal stakeholders, IT teams, security organizations, and program managers while maintaining site-level accountability for system metrics, authorizations, and cybersecurity controls.

Provides HR transactional and advisory support across employee relations, total rewards, learning and development, reporting, offboarding, statutory compliance, payroll inputs, policy administration, and HR data management. Handles high-volume employee and manager queries through ServiceNow, supports process improvements and service transitions, coordinates with vendors and HR stakeholders, prepares reports, and ensures compliance with policies, data protection requirements, and local regulations.

Manages financial planning and earned value control for large aerospace development programs. Responsibilities include maintaining cost and schedule baselines, analyzing performance trends, forecasting sales and estimates at completion, reconciling accounting and project data, supporting audits and customer submissions, leading month-end processes, and advising program leadership on corrective actions. The role also supports proposals, program reviews, compliance, and government customer interactions, with travel up to 10%.
