Lead design, implementation, and management of the Urban Innovation Fellows Program. Recruit and supervise a two-year cohort embedded in NYC agencies, manage budgets, stakeholder relationships, reporting, communications, and program monitoring. Drive pilot design, data collection and analysis, and amplify program outcomes through outreach and events.

Provide administrative support for ACT for Youth programs including event planning, travel and fiscal logistics, scheduling, recordkeeping, and coordination with NYSDOH and community partners. Occasional in-state travel; role supports project operations and ensures smooth execution of activities.

Represent Cornell in state and federal civil litigation and administrative proceedings. Manage outside counsel, conduct investigations, engage in preventive counseling, handle cases from intake through appeal, and advise on employment, student affairs, contracts, IP, privacy, and regulatory matters. Work onsite in Ithaca and collaborate with OGC colleagues across campuses.

Lead alumni engagement strategy for assigned constituencies, cultivate volunteer leaders, plan and execute in-person and virtual events, collaborate with development and communications teams, track engagement metrics, and represent the university at alumni gatherings to strengthen lifelong relationships and support fundraising goals.

Create and manage digital content and campaigns across social, web, email, and campus channels; manage web sections, digital assets, vendors, and analytics; support brand stewardship, promotional materials, and administrative finance/vendor tasks.
