Own demand planning and strategic sourcing for PCB, PCBA, and electrical components supporting Starshield satellite production. Manage supplier RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, sourcing decisions, cost models, supplier readiness, production ramp-up, performance analytics, and process improvements. Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to meet cost, quality, lead-time, and production targets, while presenting sourcing and cost strategies to executives.

Lead the design, implementation, troubleshooting, and expansion of large-scale wired and wireless campus and data center networks. Configure switches, wireless infrastructure, routing, multicast, and network access control using 802.1X. Negotiate and manage global contracts for Starlink ground infrastructure (colocation, land leases, construction, maintenance, connectivity). Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, and operations to ensure regulatory and policy compliance, conduct vendor due diligence, monitor performance, mitigate risk (ITAR, export control, FAR), and develop contracting vehicles to scale network deployment.

Manage suppliers and sourcing for human-generated AI training datasets. Responsibilities include negotiating supplier deals, aligning sourcing with technical requirements, tracking execution risks, improving sourcing processes, building proprietary dataset pipelines, analyzing pricing and spend, managing budgets, developing supplier performance metrics, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The role requires managing complex, technical, multi-site customer deployments and maintaining strong communication with customers, executives, and internal stakeholders.

Develop production-grade guidance, navigation, and control software for Starlink satellites and payloads. Responsibilities include ADCS algorithm design, spacecraft modeling, state estimation, simulation, Monte Carlo analysis, hardware-in-the-loop testing, flight software implementation, system-level design, technical documentation, and on-call satellite operations. The role requires collaboration across spacecraft disciplines to support autonomous, fault-tolerant missions throughout all operational phases.

Design, analyze, simulate, implement, test, and deploy guidance, navigation, and control systems for Starlink satellites and spacecraft hardware.
