Manages end-to-end proposal development for commercial and government opportunities, including interpreting requirements, creating schedules and outlines, coordinating contributors, drafting and editing technical and nontechnical content, developing graphics, fact-checking, ensuring compliance with customer instructions, and preparing final deliverables. Leads end-to-end IT audits focused on SOX ITGC, software development lifecycle controls, application and infrastructure controls, cloud environments, and system implementations. Evaluates control design and operating effectiveness, identifies technology risks and remediation actions, advises IT and engineering teams, manages external auditor relationships, supports investigations and continuous monitoring, and reports audit results to leadership.

Drives materials management and satellite supply chain improvement projects, including material flow, logistics, inventory, infrastructure, layout, and capital equipment upgrades. Identifies root causes, improves reliability and delivery, develops operations metrics, analyzes data, builds business cases, and trains logistics and inventory teams on process improvements. The role is onsite in Bastrop, Texas and may require extended hours and weekends.

Develops and executes large-scale static and dynamic structural tests for Starship. Responsibilities include designing mechanical, fluid, DAQ, control, wiring, and instrumentation systems; creating test procedures and software; operating test stands; directing technicians; troubleshooting hardware; and reviewing test data. The role requires engineering system integration, hazardous-system experience, physical work around heavy equipment, confined spaces, heights, heat, fumes, and noise, plus ITAR eligibility.

Designs, analyzes, builds, tests, and improves propulsion fluid systems for Starship and Super Heavy vehicles. Responsibilities include system sizing, hardware concept development, CAD design, structural analysis, design for manufacturability, flight-hardware builds, production-line support, qualification testing, and operational planning. The role requires collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers, plus flexibility for remote build-site travel and physically demanding work environments.

Design, develop, test, and support highly available embedded software for Starlink consumer devices and gateways. Responsibilities include Linux development for processors and microcontrollers, architecture and code reviews, prototyping, hardware-in-the-loop testing, factory collaboration, and building continuous integration, deployment, testing, and telemetry tools.

Own cost improvement and unit economics for SpaceX hardware programs. Develop cost models, establish targets, track KPIs and profit-improvement initiatives, and guide cross-functional Supply Chain, Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing decisions. Evaluate capital expenditures, automation, insourcing, outsourcing, expansion, and location business cases while identifying and executing initiatives that improve operational and cost performance.

Owns cost improvement and unit economics for SpaceX hardware programs. Develops cost models, tracks KPIs and profit improvement, establishes cost targets, evaluates capital expenditures and sourcing decisions, and guides cross-functional engineering, supply chain, design, and manufacturing decisions. Leads operational improvement initiatives and supports senior leadership through quantitative analysis, business cases, and implementation of recommendations.
