The Compliance and Operational Risk Testing Analyst Senior is responsible for implementing independent risk-based testing to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. This role involves developing testing procedures, conducting analysis, identifying risk controls, and managing compliance assessments while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Lead the strategy development and operational implementation in support of the Staff Counsel function. Partner with Senior Leadership in SCO and P&C Claims to ensure alignment with corporate goals. Manage risks, organization's strategy, and connect work to corporate goals.

Work collaboratively with partners across USAA to develop and communicate strategy. Lead the implementation, maturity, and oversight of the Enterprise Data Quality function, partnering with other data teams to drive continuous improvements. Responsible for ensuring information management practices are integrated into business and technology processes, advising on information management solutions, and developing information management strategies for data compliance. Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams, evaluate industry trends, provide thought leadership, and oversee adherence to information governance standards.
