The Fraud Strategy Analyst Senior will drive USAA's fraud strategies, utilizing data analytics and collaboration to enhance fraud detection and prevention through innovative approaches.

Act as strategic advisor and operational partner to the Charlotte GM. Manage campus operations, budgets, SLAs, executive communications, event planning, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination, and drive culture and community initiatives to ensure operational excellence and execution of regional priorities.

Manage and govern low-to-moderately complex P&C function or line-of-business portfolios. Ensure compliance with EPMO policies, coordinate planning and budgeting, monitor portfolio health, resolve cross-work risks and interdependencies, leverage analytics for financial risk identification, support change management and benefits realization, and communicate status to executive stakeholders.

Lead product strategy and performance for deposit/payment products by analyzing profitability, competitive landscape, and member data. Recommend launches, enhancements, and partner evaluations; act as product SME, coordinate with controls (Legal/Compliance/Risk), support sales enablement, and manage product lifecycle from ideation through sunsetting.

Lead and coordinate executive, official, and new-employee tour programs at USAA's San Antonio office. Plan logistics, partner with stakeholders, manage CREWS-aligned initiatives, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance and security protocols, improve visitor engagement, and deliver polished executive-level presentations and communications.

Lead advanced quantitative analyses to inform business strategy: gather, clean, integrate and analyze disparate data; build and validate predictive models; create visualizations and presentations to influence management; operationalize recommendations; adopt emerging analytics technologies; and ensure compliance and risk controls.

Drive fraud strategy, policy, and analytics for money-movement fraud. Build and manage fraud rules, analyze moderately complex data sets using SQL/Python/SAS and BI tools, create predictive models and visualizations, consult stakeholders, and ensure fraud risk is identified and controlled across payment channels.

Manage and develop a financial operations team handling payments, transfers, and receivables. Ensure compliant, timely transaction processing, resolve escalations, monitor productivity, optimize processes, prepare reports, and lead cross-functional initiatives while enforcing risk and compliance controls.

Manage and execute capital markets transactions (securitization, reinsurance, debt issuance), model cash flows, structure deals, negotiate terms, evaluate capital and funding strategies, present analyses to senior management, and ensure risks are identified and controlled across stakeholders.

The Internal Controls Financial Reporting Advisor guides cross-functional teams in executing the ICFR framework, assessing risks, and providing proactive guidance on financial reporting and compliance matters.
