Lead and oversee a portfolio of Workday deployments for State & Local Government: manage budget, timeline, scope, risks, staffing and governance; act as executive advisor; support sales and change orders; drive consistency and mentoring across projects; ensure service delivery and customer success. Travel ~50%+.

Lead discovery and delivery for developer productivity tooling: define roadmap, translate developer pain points into specifications, prioritize features, collaborate with engineering and automation teams, and deliver product demos and stakeholder communications within an Agile Scrum environment.
