Maintain and audit configuration items (servers, routers, circuits) in the CMDB, support change management in ServiceNow, produce audit reports, develop CM processes, and create dashboards and documentation to ensure baseline integrity across DISN.

Support the Strategic National Stockpile by gathering and documenting business requirements, building low-code solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, performing data mining and analysis using Excel and Power BI, creating recurring dashboards/reports, advising senior officials, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and participating in 24/7 emergency response readiness.

Lead and coordinate integrated release plans across multiple Agile teams, serve as Scrum Master, enable CI/CD and DevSecOps practices, manage risks/dependencies, support PI planning and executive reporting, and ensure compliance with customer governance for Intelligence Community programs.

Monitor and triage alerts from endpoints, IDS/IPS, netflow and SIEMs; perform intermediate log and network analysis; document incidents; escalate to senior SOC staff; produce incident reports for customers and headquarters.

Provide Tier 1/2 desktop support across multiple domains for local and remote users, including VIP/VVIP support. Manage Active Directory and Exchange accounts, image/install/configure workstations and VMs, troubleshoot Windows 10+, Microsoft Office, printers, peripherals, Citrix and thin clients, issue/maintain PKI tokens, and use automated helpdesk tools (System Center, Remedy, ServiceNow).
