Provides technical program integration, sustainment, and management support for DISA network capabilities. Coordinates stakeholders, manages dependencies and change activities, develops training materials, evaluates emerging technologies, conducts infrastructure verification and validation, recommends network performance improvements, and maintains laboratory systems through patching, baseline management, and lifecycle support.
