Develop full‑stack web services and applications for cybersecurity and cryptographic key management in an Agile Scrum team. Apply secure development, TDD/BDD, CI/CD, and automated testing; collaborate with systems, QA, and IA engineers to produce maintainable, secure, and testable software.

Develop, deploy, and support the FAA Terminal Flight Data Manager (TFDM) system. Build automation, configuration management, containerized deployments, and Linux system administration. Work directly with FAA customers during multi-site deployments, troubleshoot complex system interactions, and support mission-critical, airspace operations with up to 50% travel.

Provide Tier I/II support for hardware, software, and applications across on-prem and cloud-integrated networks; manage AD and Azure AD/Entra ID accounts, Intune enrollment and compliance, Microsoft 365 tools, apply security patches/STIGs/IAVAs, perform basic network troubleshooting, assist with JWICS VTC scheduling, document configurations, support accreditation and helpdesk duties, and participate in projects as assigned.

Build automation and system management using Ansible, Python, shell scripting, Linux, containers, IaC, CI/CD, and virtualization. Support multi-environment and multi-site deployments, travel to FAA airport locations (up to 50%), perform hardware provisioning and network configuration, collaborate with FAA customers, and comply with government security eligibility requirements.

Provide Tier II system administration and engineering for enterprise infrastructure: install, tune, and maintain Linux and Microsoft servers, Active Directory, Exchange, VMware virtualization and VDI, SCCM, SAN/NAS, backups/DR, patching, troubleshooting, and documentation. Conduct vulnerability/risk analyses, support RMF/ATO processes, update POA&Ms, and provide escalated technical support for the Joint Network Operations Center.

Perform RMF-based cybersecurity assessments and risk analyses, validate security controls (SCA-R), use government tools (eMASS, STIG Viewer, Nessus, ACAS, SCAP, HBSS), coordinate with ISSMs/PMOs, produce authorization packages and POA&Ms, lead assessment visits, and submit weekly activity reports while supporting systems across their lifecycle.

Develop full-stack web services and applications for cybersecurity and cryptographic key management in an Agile Scrum team. Apply secure software development, clean coding, TDD, and automated testing; integrate with CI/CD and collaborate with engineers and QA to deliver maintainable, reliable, and secure software.

Provide senior-level cyber subject matter expertise to design, develop, and evaluate CISA national cyber exercises. Review threats, policies, and exercise materials; facilitate and lead tabletop exercises; coordinate with CISA, stakeholders, and program teams; contribute to CTEP development and staff training to strengthen national cybersecurity preparedness.

Designs, implements, and manages enterprise network architectures across physical, virtual, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. Provides Tier 2/3 support, monitors performance, troubleshoots complex incidents, and implements security controls. Supports NOC/SOC, disaster recovery, modernization, and compliance with FEMA/DHS standards while collaborating with stakeholders and supporting 24/7 operational readiness.
