Maintain files, lead projects, and negotiate resolutions to limit company exposure.

Investigate, evaluate, reserve, negotiate and resolve severe and complex general liability claims. Manage litigation strategy, attend legal proceedings, mentor less-experienced claim professionals, maintain reserves, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide technical consulting to partners and stakeholders.

Provide customer service and administrative support for claim professionals: document claim files, process payments and expenses, manage mail and data, prepare reports, perform reconciliations, and assist with financial controls and operational tasks.
