Performs complex litigation paralegal duties supporting attorneys in liability cases. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, discovery responses, deposition and trial preparation, investigations, evidence and records management, subpoenas, legal holds, case analysis, coordination with claims and underwriting teams, and occasional testimony.
