Lead and manage pre-sale pitch and RFP processes for London and Europe, creating strategic, data-informed integrated marketing proposals and visual presentations. Collaborate across teams and time zones, develop expert knowledge of ad products, interpret research and budgets, and produce winning sales materials under tight deadlines.

Produce weekly and monthly petrochemical market reports by maintaining supply/demand balances, price files, econometric models, capacity and trade grids. Identify sales leads, present to clients, answer data questions, and support consultants with models and analyses. Serve as the primary contact for an executive council, driving member engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Collaborate with the Council Chair and sales to grow membership, curate programming and speakers, recruit summit co-chairs, and use CRM data to target outreach and optimize member value.
