Develop and maintain resilient ServiceNow applications within banking technology standards and the SDLC. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, coding, integrations, workflow automation, source control, deployments, pull request reviews, code reviews, architecture discussions, stakeholder collaboration, troubleshooting, and compliance with risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.

Leads a team of Forward Deployed Engineers delivering governed, scalable AI solutions across business units. Owns engagement strategy, solution architecture, technical delivery, staffing, budgets, stakeholder relationships, engineering standards, security, AI governance, and production readiness. Partners with centralized AI platform teams to promote reusable capabilities and identify platform gaps. Manages concurrent initiatives, develops engineering talent, reports to senior leadership, and ensures compliance with enterprise risk and regulatory requirements.

Provides centralized support for commercial deposit accounts, including account opening, maintenance, transactions, documentation, and client service requests. Performs BSA, AML, and KYC compliance activities, authenticates users, monitors suspicious activity, supports fraud recovery, and escalates risks. Collaborates with treasury management and relationship teams, resolves discrepancies and complaints, maintains data integrity, supports outages, and ensures adherence to internal controls, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.

Provides independent second-line operational risk oversight, analysis, and challenge across business areas. Evaluates controls, risk assessments, remediation plans, policy breaches, and emerging technology, data, third-party, resilience, and change risks. Coordinates repossession and transportation of delinquent auto and recreational vehicle loan collateral. Works with collections teams, repossession vendors, attorneys, law enforcement, and customers to recover assets, conduct skip tracing, negotiate settlements, assess collateral value, and support compliance, audits, and risk controls. Manages more than 200 accounts weekly and may perform collections activities and customer outreach.
