Originates residential mortgage loans by assessing applicants’ financial information and creditworthiness, recommending FHA, VA, conventional, and other mortgage products, and issuing prequalification decisions. Builds business through customers, Realtors, builders, and developers; negotiates loan terms; promotes bank products; maintains SAFE Act registration; and ensures compliance with lending policies and regulations. The role requires community outreach, relationship development, market monitoring, and occasional work outside the office.

The role also supports executive reporting, data visualization, risk controls, regulatory standards, and engineering best practices.

Leads strategic planning, development, and implementation of complex Commercial Bank projects and initiatives. Evaluates segment support strategy, analyzes business needs and market trends, coordinates internal partnerships, oversees priorities, develops compliance procedures, presents findings, and supports strategic decisions. Manages a small team, including staffing, performance management, coaching, and compensation recommendations, while maintaining internal controls and addressing audit or regulatory issues.

Underwrites commercial credit requests, monitors existing loan portfolios, analyzes financial statements and risk factors, prepares financial models and credit assessments, recommends structures and risk ratings, ensures policy compliance, and presents findings to credit committees. Partners with relationship managers and supports ongoing portfolio risk management, covenant monitoring, problem loan management, and regulatory controls.

Manages end-to-end commercial loan closings from approval through funding. Reviews and validates loan documentation, collateral, covenants, legal structures, credit terms, regulatory requirements, and system data. Coordinates with relationship managers, underwriters, credit, treasury, legal teams, borrowers, and outside counsel. Identifies exceptions and risks, resolves documentation issues, maintains controls, and manages multiple complex transactions while ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution.

Develop and support full-stack Java and Angular applications powering an enterprise banking API ecosystem. Design API-driven services, integrations, and platform solutions; troubleshoot enterprise environments; review code; support SDLC, change management, architecture, security, and regulatory controls. Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders while contributing to high-availability platforms, AI-assisted development initiatives, and technology innovation.

Supports commercial credit underwriting and portfolio monitoring across the loan lifecycle. Reviews financial statements, tax returns, appraisals, credit reports, industry research, and market data; develops financial models, cash flow analyses, collateral schedules, covenant sensitivities, and risk ratings. Partners with relationship managers, recommends deal structures and risk mitigants, identifies emerging credit risks, presents findings to credit committees, and ensures compliance with credit policies and regulatory standards.

Owns the Dash product vision, roadmap, backlog, and customer value. Prioritizes work, writes user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborates with agile delivery and UX teams, communicates with stakeholders, and makes independent product decisions. The role uses customer insights, analytics, design thinking, and agile practices to guide product development while managing risks, regulatory requirements, and cross-team dependencies.
