Works with customers to evaluate and obtain FHA/VA and conventional residential mortgage loans. Interviews applicants, analyzes financial and credit data, issues pre-qualification statements, recommends appropriate mortgage products, cultivates referral sources, negotiates loan terms, ensures compliance with SAFE Act and lending regulations, markets products, and may travel for client meetings.

Works with legal, risk, compliance and internal partners, supports sales activities, mentors junior staff, leads projects, and ensures internal controls and audit items are addressed to maintain client satisfaction and grow business.
