Lead technical strategy and operation of enterprise SDLC and developer experience platforms. Own and improve GitLab-based SCM and CI/CD, artifact and SCA tooling, integrations, reusable CI/CD patterns, governance, security, and platform observability. Designs and maintains marketing performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations (Power BI). Analyzes marketing, customer, and sales data to surface trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and recommend actions. Performs data validation, reconciliation, and quality reviews. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Data teams to improve data integration and reporting. Supports projects, audits, compliance, and continuous process improvement to demonstrate ROI of marketing investments.
