Provide operational, risk, and client service support for institutional client relationships. Execute daily administrative and transactional tasks, serve as backup to senior Relationship Managers, maintain controls and documentation, respond to compliance reports, participate in client calls, escalate issues, and ensure adherence to internal policies and audit/regulatory requirements.

The role involves designing and implementing advanced analytics for the Financial Investigations Unit, focusing on detecting insider threats and financial crime risks by analyzing complex datasets and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Originate mortgage loans to low-to-moderate income borrowers and neighborhoods, market CRA and agency products (FHA/VA), assess applicantsfinancial data and creditworthiness, issue pre-qualifications, ensure regulatory and SAFE Act compliance, perform extensive external outreach and travel, and partner with housing agencies and real estate organizations for community-focused lending and seminars.

Provide trust/entity account administration and daily client support for high-net-worth and institutional clients. Process transactions, establish accounts, handle inquiries, implement client strategies, coordinate with service partners, and ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.

Manage a unit of relationship managers and staff, cultivate client relationships and revenue, oversee operations, risk and regulatory compliance, implement process improvements, and handle staffing decisions including coaching, performance management, and terminations.

Lead technical strategy and operation of enterprise SDLC and developer experience platforms. Own and improve GitLab-based SCM and CI/CD, artifact and SCA tooling, integrations, reusable CI/CD patterns, governance, security, and platform observability. Drive adoption, standards, metrics, modernization, and cross-team collaboration while authoring documentation, runbooks, and coaching engineering teams to improve developer productivity and platform resilience.

Support Investment Advisors by delivering investment management services to wealth clients: develop IPS, implement strategies, prepare portfolio recommendations and performance reviews, maintain market and regulatory knowledge, identify sales opportunities, and ensure compliance with risk and internal controls.

Support foreclosure processing and MI claim requests; complete REO payee headers, foreclosure evaluations, and check processing. Execute state demand letter workflows via SharePoint and OLLW, perform mail operations and scanning/indexing, manage certified mail/UPS requests, conduct quality reviews, follow compliance and internal controls, resolve issues or escalate, and assist warehouse duties.

Act as single point of contact for delinquent mortgage borrowers through loss mitigation and foreclosure. Make inbound/outbound calls, collect and review financial documents, explain decisions and options, document contacts in servicing system, and maintain regulatory and internal compliance.
