Lead product strategy and roadmap for fraud controls across the customer lifecycle. Mentor cross-functional teams, partner with engineering and UX to deliver web and mobile features, define KPIs, translate analytics into product initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure compliant, scalable fraud prevention and detection solutions.

Lead and mentor an instructional design team to create scalable eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions. Manage stakeholder relationships, project pipeline, LMS deployment, and compliance. Apply instructional design models, use Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud, perform needs analyses, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Second-line Market Risk VP responsible for assessing and challenging Americas equity derivatives risks (exotics, flow). Perform portfolio and transaction level risk analysis, identify emerging risks, maintain risk measures (greeks, VaR, stress tests), set limits and appetite, collaborate with risk engineering, communicate with senior management and regulators, and ensure regulatory compliance and process improvements.

Provide financial and regulatory reporting, reconciliations, and entity-level accounting support. Prepare financial statements and regulatory submissions, manage daily accounting controls, support product controllers and trading desk P&L, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Drive strategic sourcing and vendor lifecycle for technology spend (software/SaaS, cloud, hardware). Lead negotiations, financial analysis (TCO/ROI), license audits, and cross-functional risk and vendor management reporting.
