Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and financial institution partnerships; build and manage a sales pipeline; consult with merchants to recommend tailored solutions; and travel locally to develop relationships and drive revenue.

Field sales role selling Clover point-of-sale solutions to SMBs in the Washington DC/Baltimore area. Generate and source leads, cold-call prospects, cultivate client relationships, grow merchant portfolios, and consult strategically to drive revenue while upholding Fiserv values and ethical standards.

Advises Fiserv’s embedded finance business on privacy, data protection, financial privacy laws, privacy-by-design, regulatory compliance, and contractual risk. Drafts and negotiates commercial, technology, vendor, customer, and data-use agreements; supports partner and vendor negotiations; develops privacy policies and training; and translates evolving legal requirements into actionable business guidance.

Defines enterprise SAP Finance architecture across FICO and integrated modules, designs Agentic AI solutions for financial processes, leads solution implementation and testing, resolves production issues, supports upgrades, and guides stakeholders and development teams. The role also establishes integration standards, evaluates AI automation opportunities, manages delivery risks, mentors team members, and contributes to finance technology roadmaps and architecture governance.

Performs daily corporate accounting for technology infrastructure and software, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, and capitalization analysis. Leads and develops an accounting team, ensures compliance with GAAP, SOX, and company policies, supports audits, and implements process improvements. Collaborates with Finance, IT, Procurement, and other stakeholders to determine appropriate accounting treatment for technology-related expenditures.

Leads the strategy, development, and delivery of scalable data products and platforms. Manages data engineering teams, oversees pipelines and large-scale data processing, and delivers AI-ready capabilities supporting machine learning and generative AI. Ensures data quality, security, governance, reliability, cost optimization, and SLA compliance while partnering with product and business teams. The role is fully on-site Monday through Friday and requires approximately 10% travel.

Define and lead scalable, secure data product architecture across ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, and delivery. Design cloud data platforms and batch or streaming pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and Azure services. Enable AI-ready capabilities such as feature engineering, vector search, and RAG pipelines. Establish data quality, security, lineage, and metadata standards; lead modernization and migration initiatives; conduct architecture reviews; mentor engineers; and guide cross-functional teams.
