Support servicing, accounting, valuation, and transaction processing for alternative investments (primarily private equity LPs). Manage client inquiries, reconcile valuations, process limited partnership transactions, support cash movements, and ensure accurate reporting while improving processes and participating in audits and system enhancements.

Manage fee‑producing investment accounts for small to mid-sized personal trusts and individual investors. Develop and implement investment strategies, coordinate with client service teams and legal advisors, use portfolio research and investment methodologies, adhere to national guidelines and risk practices, and support business initiatives and training.

Oversee accounting, financial reporting, controls and regulatory adherence for 1940 Act funds. Ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements, maintain disclosure and internal controls, support mutual fund board materials, lead cross-functional initiatives, and execute strategic priorities for Asset Management treasury and fund accounting.

Support all administrative aspects of client portfolios: prepare meeting materials, set up accounts, order reports, process physical stock/bond certificates and DTC transfers, execute fund trades, handle cash transfers, support compliance/review processes, use GDWM in client meetings, and proactively assist Investment Advisors.
