Lead Business Analyst focused on data protection and cybersecurity. Gather and document security requirements, support implementation of DLP solutions, create and execute test cases, validate designs, monitor controls, support audit readiness, and partner with engineering and stakeholders to map governance and compliance requirements.

Lead Finance Technology strategy and modernization for planning, ARE, subledger, GL, and regulatory reporting (including FR2052a). Lead strategy and execution of NTAM's advisor education platform: design multi-format curriculum, develop advisor- and client-facing content, enable field distribution and wholesalers, build digital engagement hub, define KPIs and reporting, and partner across Sales, Investments, Product, Compliance, and Marketing to deepen advisor engagement and measure program impact.

Lead and deliver enterprise regulatory change programs across the organization. Partner with stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into project plans, manage governance, timelines, risks, budgets, reporting, and metrics, and coordinate business, technology, and data teams to ensure operational compliance and drive change management adoption.

Provide fiduciary and account management for a portfolio of wealth management clients: execute daily client activity, resolve issues, communicate proactively, develop understanding of trust and tax law, identify relationship enhancement opportunities, support business development and client presentations, and ensure compliance with fiduciary standards and internal policies.

Manage and oversee special oil, gas, and mineral assets in trusts and agency accounts. Perform valuations, investment reviews, title research, lease and contract negotiation, revenue tracking, tax and compliance administration, asset remediation and sales, and provide fiduciary advice and client communication. Lead asset decisions, support audits, and participate in business development.

Lead design and execution of audit validation activities for the Risk and Control Enhancement program. Develop testing approaches, run walkthroughs and planning, coach audit teams, manage multiple validations to deliver on time and within budget, challenge control design and report findings to stakeholders.
