Perform month-end fund closings, prepare and analyze financial statements and performance figures, interact with clients and hedge fund teams, and support external auditors to ensure accurate annual fund financials and reporting.

Act as primary Alternative Asset Services contact for client relationship managers. Monitor and resolve internal/external inquiries, pull and analyze data for valuation expectations, manage daily deliverables, identify process improvements, and participate in department projects while escalating complex issues to supervisors.

Coordinate administration of fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody accounts; handle client service requests, issue resolution, account set-up, fee configuration, and documentation; support advisors with account acceptance, compliance, reviews and business development; mentor junior staff, identify process improvements, and maintain knowledge of governing documents and relationship management systems.
