Design, operate, and optimize large-scale Azure IaaS/PaaS services and hybrid environments. Implement IaC (Terraform, Azure CLI), enforce Azure Policy, manage Azure networking (VNets, private endpoints, ExpressRoute), maintain VMware/Hyper-V servers, ensure compliance for PHI/PII, participate in on-call incident response, create automation/runbooks, and lead technical discussions with teams.

Design and build cloud-based data applications and pipelines to analyze clinical data, enrich and provision datasets, and support clinical/operational processes. Mentor junior engineers, drive R&D for repeatable templates, collaborate with Product/Platform/Architecture, and prioritize source control, documentation, and simple solutions using modern data, ETL, and LLM tooling.

Provide operational and administrative support for enterprise talent management programs including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, data integrity, system administration, reporting, and program logistics under senior team guidance.

Lead design, implementation, and governance of enterprise performance management. Partner with HR, Compensation, Learning, Analytics, and leaders to deliver integrated talent solutions—goal alignment, continuous feedback, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and leadership capability—using data, change management, and scalable, technology-enabled programs.
