Design and optimize employee portals, knowledge articles, search, taxonomies, and self-service tools using data and user research. Translate complex policies into user-friendly content, collaborate with HR, IS, vendors, and technical teams, and maintain/configure content in ServiceNow and related platforms.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the department and leadership, coordinating activities, managing communications, and interacting effectively with senior executives and physicians. Support includes higher-level secretarial tasks and use of office tools. Requires three years administrative assistant experience.
