The Senior Risk Manager supports Fidelity Wealth product and operations teams by conducting risk assessments, reviewing controls, advising on initiatives, managing incidents, analyzing and reporting risks, and coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and business leaders. The role focuses on financial services, payment and debit card program risk, regulatory changes, mitigation strategies, and communicating risk findings to senior stakeholders.

Provides end-to-end account management and high-touch client service for ultra-high-net-worth donors and advisors using Fidelity Charitable donor-advised fund services. Resolves complex transactional and policy issues, coordinates Legal, Risk, Compliance, Investments, Tax, and operations teams, oversees transaction processing, identifies risks, improves processes, and communicates proactively with clients and internal stakeholders. Write product code, provide technical direction, support releases, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor engineers. The role requires expertise in modern Java, ultra-low-latency design, capital markets or crypto trading, cloud deployments, and automated software delivery.

Build scalable AI capabilities for Fidelity Wealth, partnering with business, product, architecture, data, and platform teams. Develop secure, reliable, production-ready solutions; apply modern software architecture, cloud platforms, testing, and design patterns; lead technical discussions; mentor engineers; and deliver end-to-end full-stack systems.

Leads global enterprise network operations strategy, resilience, scalability, observability, automation, incident management, ITSM, and operational readiness. Oversees multivendor network environments, cloud networking, lifecycle and vulnerability management, service introductions, root cause analysis, and proactive remediation. Partners with engineering and technical leadership to drive operating model transformation, improve stability and efficiency, and develop teams through coaching, mentoring, and strategic leadership.

Engage face-to-face with clients in Fidelity’s Investor Center, provide personalized financial planning and investment guidance, build trusted relationships, and expand client assets. The role involves recommending investment strategies, presenting complex financial solutions, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and developing business through an established client base. Fidelity provides training, onboarding, resources, and career support.

Provides personalized financial planning consultations, conducts joint client appointments, identifies asset consolidation and referral opportunities, and supports plan implementation. Responsibilities include matter intake, legal research, document collection and organization, discovery support, case tracking, fact assessment, issue summaries, and coordination with internal business partners. The role requires strong judgment, organization, communication, critical thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities while identifying risks and escalating issues appropriately.
