Manage customized client websites and digital solutions from concept through release. Responsibilities include project planning, requirements gathering, design and UX coordination, QA, testing, technology and security requirements, client communication, budgeting, capacity planning, roadmap management, and process improvement. The role partners with clients, technology teams, communicators, and business stakeholders while blending Agile practices with established project management methods.

Engage face-to-face with clients in an Investor Center, provide personalized financial planning and investment guidance, develop existing client relationships, uncover needs, recommend investment solutions, and expand client assets. The role requires strong relationship-building, presentation, collaboration, customer service, and investment knowledge skills. Lead fraud detection analytics focused on account takeovers, scams, organized fraud rings, and coordinated attacks. Analyze large-scale datasets using Python and SQL, evaluate vendor and internal detection tools, support anomaly detection, and help develop fraud models, dashboards, and reporting. Communicate actionable insights to technical and business stakeholders while improving fraud prevention strategies and operational effectiveness.

Performs hands-on performance and capacity engineering for IBM mainframe middleware, including CICS, MQ, WAS, Compute Grid, Kafka connectors, and ODM. Analyzes metrics, workload behavior, bottlenecks, dumps, and subsystem interactions; develops SAS, REXX, and Python automation; creates dashboards and reports; supports tuning, incident analysis, stress testing, change validation, and production operations. Documents findings and collaborates with infrastructure, application, vendor, and engineering teams.

Leads product strategy and roadmaps for Fidelity Digital Assets offerings. Develops business cases, revenue models, pricing, and delivery plans; prioritizes initiatives based on customer and market needs; advises on digital asset trends and regulations; aligns technology, operations, legal, risk, compliance, and commercial teams; influences senior leaders; and manages a high-performing product team.

Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives, providing personalized financial and retirement planning, investment guidance, and asset management. Manage relationships, drive client engagement and business growth, present executive services, generate referrals and events, and increase assets under management while coordinating with internal teams.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports scalable full-stack enterprise applications for Fidelity’s retirement platforms. Builds RESTful APIs and transactional systems using C#, .NET, and Java; develops cloud-neutral, containerized services; participates in architecture and code reviews; modernizes legacy systems; supports production releases; and mentors junior developers within Agile Scrum teams.
