Define scope, prioritize business-critical test scenarios, coordinate resources and environments, drive end-to-end business testing, monitor progress and risks, report outcomes, support go-live readiness, and align cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery.

Lead Fidelity's tokenization and distributed ledger product strategy, define roadmaps and pilots, and integrate tokenized solutions into brokerage operations. Collaborate across product, engineering, legal, risk, and operations to deliver compliant, scalable pilots to production and represent Fidelity in industry forums. Drive governance, business cases, and stakeholder alignment for digital asset initiatives.
