Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports scalable full-stack enterprise applications for Fidelity’s retirement platforms. Builds RESTful APIs and transactional systems using C#, .NET, and Java; develops cloud-neutral, containerized services; participates in architecture and code reviews; modernizes legacy systems; supports production releases; and mentors junior developers within Agile Scrum teams.

Leads Fidelity’s enterprise portfolio reporting platform strategy and modernization. Establishes governance, reusable capabilities, certified metrics, semantic assets, and a Hub-and-Spoke operating model. Fidelity provides training and resources to prepare for Series 7 and Series 66 licensing.

Develop and maintain scalable customer-facing full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, and cloud technologies. Design software, automate testing, deploy applications, and support CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with architecture, UX, and product teams in an Agile environment. Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, improve development practices, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Lead business and systems analysis for a workforce management technology modernization initiative. Gather requirements, document current and future-state processes, define user stories and acceptance criteria, design WFM system components and integrations, and create process flows, data mappings, and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, vendors, and engineering teams across evaluation, development, and testing while maintaining traceability and documentation.

Analyzes prospect and client pricing requests, evaluates fees, market competitiveness, and profitability, and develops financial models and pricing proposals. The role creates alternative pricing scenarios, assesses client-specific metrics, presents recommendations to sales and business leaders, prioritizes pricing requests, and identifies risks and operational improvement opportunities.

Leads growth strategy for Fidelity’s Student Debt product area, defining strategic objectives, roadmaps, market opportunities, partnerships, and investment cases. Develops customer engagement strategies to support benefit expansion and retention, conducts competitive and regulatory analysis, and creates data-driven narratives for executives. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, leads governance routines, and drives implementation in a complex B2B financial-services environment.
