The Role

We are seeking a senior technology leader to transform Fidelity Portfolio Reporting into a governed, scalable, and reusable enterprise capability. • Define and execute a clear reporting strategy and modernization roadmap.

  • Simplify and standardize the reporting ecosystem through reusable platform capabilities and governance.

  • Increase adoption of certified metrics and governed business logic.

  • Transform reporting from collections of dashboards into modern, persona-based experiences aligned to business journeys and decision-making workflows.

  • Establish a scalable operating model that promotes reuse, contribution, and shared ownership across reporting teams.

Platform Enablement and Governance

  • Simplify the reporting landscape through consolidation, standardization, design patterns, reuse, and retirement of redundant solutions.

  • Establish governance, certification, lifecycle management, and contribution processes.

  • Lead a Hub-and-Spoke operating model balancing enterprise standards with business flexibility.

Semantic Platform and AI Integration

  • Drive adoption of certified metrics, governed business logic, and shared semantic assets.

  • Partner with Semantic Platform, Data Engineering, and AI teams to shape the future of AI-enabled reporting, conversational analytics, and decision support.

Customer Experience and Product Management

  • Deliver persona-based reporting experiences grounded in customer journeys and business outcomes.

  • Use customer insights, adoption metrics, and feedback to continuously improve the reporting experience.

Leadership and Execution

  • Lead and develop reporting platform leaders and BI teams to execute the reporting modernization strategy and roadmap.

  • Drive execution through clear priorities, accountability, measurable outcomes, and talent development.

  • Foster a platform-first culture focused on scalable enterprise capabilities over individual report delivery.

  • Build strong partnerships across business, data, semantic platform, product, and AI organizations.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Proven success leading enterprise-scale reporting organizations through platform modernization, governance, and operating model transformation.

  • Deep expertise with Microsoft Power BI and enterprise BI platform management, including architecture, governance, performance optimization, and lifecycle management.

  • Strong understanding of modern data architectures, including data lakes, semantic layers, dimensional modeling, certified metrics, business logic governance, and data products.

  • Ability to simplify complex reporting ecosystems through reuse, common patterns, and shared services.

  • Customer-centric approach with experience designing persona-based, journey-driven experiences.

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills across business, reporting, data, semantic, product, and AI organizations.

  • Ability to establish governance and controls that accelerate delivery rather than create bureaucracy.

  • Exceptional communication skills with both executive and technical audiences.
