Manage day-to-day accounting, reconcile complex general ledger accounts, prepare financial statements and tax returns, analyze financial data and forecasts, support pricing and audits, develop accounting policies, ensure federal GAAP/FASAB compliance, provide financial system expertise, and brief senior leadership with recommendations.

Develop and maintain cross-platform (Windows/Linux) C++ software; complete and review pull requests; collaborate with testers and team members; support Navy end users and lifecycle tools; communicate status to leads and learn new tools.

Design, build, and scale production AI systems and cloud infrastructure. Architect multi-agent flows, implement RAG pipelines and semantic search, manage vector DBs and preprocessing, and deploy secure AI microservices in cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and enforce security/privacy best practices for LLMs.

Design, deploy, and maintain production-grade, explainable AI/ML systems for federal investigative use. Build scalable data pipelines, models (entity resolution, network analysis, anomaly detection), and MLOps/CI-CD workflows. Ensure federal governance, auditability, security, and data provenance; integrate AI into investigative systems and support ATO and risk management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical decisions to stakeholders.

Conduct federal background investigations using VTC, phone, and in-person interviews; review records, resolve case issues, and document findings. Complete virtual training and shadowing. Perform occasional TDY travel and maintain home office connectivity.

Oversee design, installation, commissioning, and testing of shipboard network-based CCTV and related IT equipment. Ensure ABS/USCG compliance, coordinate with OEMs and marine engineers, install servers, switches, monitors, UPS, and cabling, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support deployments on a part-time on-call basis with up to 50% travel.

Design and implement secure, scalable full stack web applications and investigative tools for DHS C3. Build frontend interfaces with modern frameworks, develop backend services and RESTful APIs, integrate with investigative systems and dark web technologies (Tor), containerize and deploy with Docker and CI/CD, ensure security/compliance, collaborate across technical teams, and support the full software development lifecycle.
